This is the page where I log the happenings in my Animal Crossing Population Growing town! I've tried multiple times since 2020 to properly play the game, always dropping it after a week or so. However, this time, I'm trying to really "complete" the game. In the boxes below are the diary entries for my town of Puhini. On the left, you'll find some pictures that may correspond to certain entries.

While this log starts on March 21st, 2024, my save has actually been around for about a week or two longer. I just wasn't logging much because that was during the beginning stages. (I also don't remember my start date.)

Disclaimer: Sometimes entries are a little short because I am busy with other things or can't think of a more "entertaining" way to write them.

Poncho moved away today. Don't care. He was really rude to me and I couldn't shake my hatred of him off. Hopefully someone better takes his place. That's all for this day really.

Even though I haven't logged anything in awhile, something today really got on my nerves. I was talking to the villagers and catching bugs as one does, but when I spoke to Tiara, who has been one of my least favorite villagers, she told me she painted my house's roof green! At first, I thought it was a joke. I ran to my house and what did I find but a bright green roof. I would take a screenshot but unfortunately I moved my save to my Wii U and I can't figure out how to do that. (Maybe I'll briefly move it over to my computer again and take a screenshot there). There have also been some campers coming by. So far, Bob and Tom have come by and they've both robbed me. It's like I'm always getting robbed in my own village. One last thing, I seem to have developed a tan somehow, despite always carrying an umbrella outside. Plus, I usually play at later times, so it's a little confusing as to how I got a tan.

After selling my black pawn to Ricky, I came across a hole in the ground. In it, I found a white king. I also gave Dizzy a caveman tunic, as requested by Coco, for some reason. He didn't look that good in it to me.

After awhile of not playing, I came back today to find that Lucy had moved away. In her place came Coco! I wasn't expecting her in the slightest, and she lives just next to my house, too! My town is also covered in weeds now. Spork thought I died or something, or so he says. He was so worried he wasn't eating. The other villagers didn't really seem to react to my absence aside from saying how long I was gone. At the end, I played Tom Nook's raffle two times but didn't win anything. Oh well.

Today I got a letter that Pompom moved out... but I don't care. She was really uninteresting. But now I have DOTTY! I love Dotty! She's NEVER going to leave! Copper tells me Wendell will be here again on the 15th. I also travelled to my island, Kunarini, to see Flossie because Dizzy gave me some furniture I thought she wanted... but it turns out she already had it. ...But then the game froze. I had to go redo everything. >:(

I decorated my yard with a picture of Umi, a character made by someone Sukinapan, and my door with 桃. I didn't realize I could do this until Nook decided to sell a sign board in his shop and when I saw jvgsjeff had a sign on his door. Anyway, today, I found Katrina's tent... I forgot what she said to me but I know I interacted with her. I also paid off my debt again!

Today was the first day of the Cherry Blossom Festival! Everything was so pretty and the wishing well was filled with animals. Saharah also came by and gave me a basement floor. Nook's store was also renovated again, so now I have a Nookway! When I went in he told me that that Happy Room Academy doesn't grade the basement, so I've moved all of my tools and other random stuff down there.

Today I finally had my house upgraded and got a basement! But Tom Nook's store was closed for renovations again (already??) so I couldn't make anymore bells today. I also got news from Copper that Saharah will be visiting on the 5th. Aside from that, though, I've been trying to rebuild my friendship with Poncho after being so rude to him for a month. It all started when he robbed me of a load of money or something... I can't even remember so I'm putting it behind me. Today I let him sell me a lovely vanity for some money. It goes very well in my house.

Today I saw a letter from Blaire saying she moved away. I didn't really feel anything for her, so I don't really mind that she's gone now. The villager that replaced her is named Tiara. Today is also April Fool's, so everyone was out here lying to me about Tom Nook selling GameCubes and the Pelicans going on dates and whatnot... but I couldn't find the mayor anywhere. Oh well.

I participated in my first raffle today! I only went once because I had only 9 tickets, but I won an NES game: DK Jr MATH.

Wendell visited for the first time today! I also finished the Ptera set in the museum. A couple days ago, Monique told me she was moving away, but she still hasn't left Puhini.... Blaire robbed me today. Well, technically I let her, since my mind was on autopilot and she gave me a boxing mat (ew). But now half of my money is gone.
Also, I forgot to log this, but two days ago, Gracie came. She gave me a 2 Ball shirt.

Today a new villager, Blaire, moved into Puhini. The village is now at 15 people! Tom Nook was also renovating his shop today (I had to fish a lot yesterday to get to 25,000 bells)! Turns out Monique plays on a GameBoy. I couldn't do anything else really since the shop wasn't open and it was rather late.
